i love my siblings, i'm not their parent. i don't normally mind taking care of them and whatever needs to be done at home, but this is not my duty.
YOU are the parents, NOT ME and not any of your children, no matter how old we may be. do you want to know why none of us have gotten married? just look at you. we don't want to turn into you.

firefly
i just finished watching firefly and serenity. i can't understand why they canceled firefly! that show rocked! well, thank god for serenity!
a bad idea
i've been sick these past few days. however, i had plans for the evening. to make sure that i could go out, i might have taken too much medication.
anyway, i went to dwtl to sing, but i went through the whole thing in a daze. i couldn't even sing that much.
afterwards, i went to a friend's house for our post-holiday get-together (everyone was busy during the christmas season and we couldn't schedule in a christmas party). of course, there was alcohol. i was really planning to just drink diet coke all night. unfortunately, i saw the tanduay. i ended up making myself rhum coke. lots of it. i felt like i was floating. it definitely cleared my sinuses, but the combination of the alcohol and the meds gave me a weird high.
well, now, it's
the morning after. i have terrible headache. i'm definitely paying for last night. while i don't regret drinking in spite of my medication (we had so much fun!), i should remember not to do that again.
